Andreola’s harvest has just started, and we were happy to learn the high achievement provide to all our wines at the recent Mundus Vini International Competition, where our Mas de Fer” Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Docg Extra Dry was awarded with a Gold Medal.
The international competition was developed in Germany in 2001 and today accounts for more 6.000 wines submission for all around the globe. In 2003, Mundus Vini was officially recognized by the German Federal government and the association that guards over consumers’ rights; such recognition allows the producers of the award winning wines to use the copy-righted logo of Mundus Vini and the status of the medal receive of its bottles or label. The goal of the competition is to promote the quality of award winning wines and their distribution to general public, together with offering to producers, vignerons, importers and consumer an ideal setting to compare the wines that were submitted as well as offer a recognizable marketing tool to the final consumer.
Together with the highest award received by Mas de Fer, other of our wines were recognized with the second highest medal, these being:

La vendemmia da poco iniziata si arricchisce di tinte dorate grazie ai risultati del concorso internazionale Mundus Vini nel quale il nostro “Mas de Fer” Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Docg Extra Dry si è aggiudicato l’oro.
Il Premio Internazionale del Vino è stato istituito in Germania nel 2001 e conta ogni sulla partecipazione di più di 6.000 vini provenienti da tutto il mondo.
Nel 2003 il Concorso è stato ufficialmente riconosciuto dal Land Renania-Palatinato e dal Ministero federale per la tutela dei consumatori. Questo riconoscimento autorizza i produttori dei vini premiati ad indicare sull’etichetta della bottiglia il premio conferitogli.
Obiettivo del Concorso è promuovere la qualità e la commercializzazione dei vini partecipanti. Il Premio intende offrire a produttori, viticoltori, importatori e consumatori una piattaforma ideale che consenta di paragonare fra loro i vini partecipanti, di offrire un valido strumento di decisione e di orientamento per l’acquisto e di raggiungere il grande pubblico.
